Governance framework
Goodvalley is subject to Nasdaq Copenhagen's rules for issuers of bond and has voluntarily implemented the corporate governance recommendations of the Danish Committee on Corporate Governance.
In addition, Goodvalley's governance is based on the EU's Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), the Danish Companies Act, the Danish Financial Statements Act, IFRS, the Danish Capital Markets Act, the Group's articles of association and best practice for comparable businesses.
